Rates! Sessions  What is a Session With Shawn Roop? It's All About Unlearning... Based in San Diego, my Tantra teachings and sessions are designed to create a broader understanding of oneself, and to explore the full magnificence of an individual. My foundation is Tantric, using the ancient teachings from India merged with modern teachings; I explore the interpersonal relationship with the seven main energy points in the body, the chakras. Though intimacy, compassion, relating, energy, touch, crystal clear communication, intuitive nature, sound, movement, breath work, awareness and life wisdom, I support transformation at whatever speed that maintains safety and rapport. All areas of life can be addressed in sessions.
Each session is uniquely designed based on what your intention is. Clients should be willing to change behaviors or patterns from the past. Not all clients may have problems, but all should seeking to learn how Tantra can further their life. All sessions with me have the possibility for wonderful life transformation, how much is based on the clients’ willingness to accept growth in their life. I only am looking to counsel those who are in a conscious and awake place of being and are ready for change. If you are eager to explore Tantra, then I would love to schedule a session with you! Introduction into Tantra Session: Tantra Over Tea Have you been interested in Tantra yet don't know what to make of it? The session start with a phone call that lays the foundation for the session. The session is a place for you to ask question and unravel certain aspect of your life. Tantra is a wonderful set of wisdoms that help the Relationship, Health, Emotional, Spiritual, Sexual, Trust, Work and the "What's Next?" type questions. After gaining insight, we can map possible actions and solutions. I will make sure if you want more Tantra, you find the right places and people to support you! Sessions Rates Your First Session- 2 hours- $120 Special! This session is designed to offer you a foundation of what might be going on in your life and feel the movement start immediately. Counseling and body work are included. 1 1/2 hour- $130 This is a intro session that weaves body work and emotion core issue work, all coming from a Tantric prospective. 2 hour- $150 Pick 2 session elements below 3 hour- $180 All 3 session elements below Emotional Release Session- Using Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Tantra and Huna, this session is to help unlock past emotions that limit the creation of your life. This is a communication session and can include energy work. You will learn tools to release emotion later in the future, if needed. The session is for those seeking a more practical approach. There is little or no touch in this session. Higher-Self Therapy- This amazingly quick process clears the stuck feeling in the body and frees energy. This session includes communication, breath, sound and energy work. This is a purely magical experience, thus this session is more for those who are willing to experience the esoteric. There is little or no touch in this session. Tantric Touch- Fall into the vast pleasure and safety of being touched, toned and chanted on; with pure, healing intention. The body will be sensually mapped and major energy line opened to relax, retrieve and transform the body’s liveliness. Tantra Counseling Session- This is a blissful Tantric experience. You will learn and gain practical skills that lead to greater bliss and full being awareness. The session includes counseling/energy work, bodywork and Tantric touch and integration time. These sessions are fully customized based of what your intention(s) are. Many times these sessions have initiations and energy transmissions that can take you to the next level of being. Your desire to learn Tantra or have Tantric experience is necessary. Couples Tantra Session- 2 hours session starts at $200 Let your love and relationship expanded to greater places! This session is to support love and wellness as a couple. We start with Tantric Counseling then move to gaining Tantric love skills. The intention is to build upon the foundation you two have.
